Please read As a women this has been the experience we've encountered and factual My daughter was manipulated and taken advantage of by the staff at STC and their Hyundia dealership next door! She bought a car from Hyundia and it had issues so they told her to trade it back in and gave her $6000 less for the vehicle 1 week later and then sold her a hail damaged car for an inflated price! Talk about unethical! This is not what our children need to experience as they start off their lives in the business world and this won't go over well in our local community as many people in the surrounding communities have children that need to be able to trust businesses and not be manipulated at their expense. This is terrible!! Hope people read this and go elsewhere!

I am sorry you didn't have a great experience at Hyundai, but I do not understand why we have received a poor review. The dealerships operate independently and I would encourage you to remove this review and contact the dealership with which you dealt. If you had dealings with South Trail Chrysler could you please be more specific or provide your name so we can look into this matter. Thank you.

Why would your organization be sending these solicitations for unnecessary business for you to profit..... while the country/world is in a crisis!! Find ethical and considerate ways like the other reputable dealerships and brands to communicate and show some compassion for your customers and community!! It will go a lot further!!

Lack of communication

My bill was never communicated to me prior and I ended up arguing my way through to get it reduced. I called the service team twice to complain about my back wiper that was replaced not functioning well and never got it resolved or even a call back.
