Took my car in for diagnoses to get the answer that they couldn't find the issue. Issue came back and worse on my way to Sudbury forcing me to stop in Pembroke dodge. Called and asked for a refund to get the answer no.

Scheduled an oil change and was able to get a service for 70000/80000 done at the same time with no hassle. Timeline was great to for the wait.

Service is nothing special. Oil changes take forever. Front staff are friendly, but a rough estimated wait time would be appreciated. Instead of sitting there for two hours having to continually ask how much longer
