Bought a new 2016 Grand Caravan and experienced several problems in the first 3 weeks of owning the van. Had to bring the van in for service 3 times to resolve the issue. Was finally corrected but it was very frustrating and time consuming having to deal with this. Finally resloved once the Service Manager became involved.

Dilawri has the worst service department you can go to. The shop is hidden from view. The front desk staff seem too stressed and can never give you a good answer. The place seems to have the same business model as a call centre. They once had my wife wait 90 minutes for an oil change that was booked days ahead of time. She told them to bring the pickup around and left. We've never been back. Southbank Dodge is my new place for warranty service on my RAM

Bought a car here it came with heated seats, VR and remote starter. I was told the heated seats were on back order, I had to wait 2 months and I had to be the one to call them asking where my seats were. No managers wanted to speak with me after 4 or 5 messages left on their machines.The sales guy was the worst, lies from the beginning. Never again.
