Wonderful experience, great deal

I had a wonderful experience buying my Jeep Patriot at Dilawri. My salesman (Jeremy) made a typically stressful experience very fun. He worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price that I could afford.

miss inform from the sales rep

When buying a new vehicle and leaving with your new purchase the sales rep should not surprise you by telling you that you do not have a spare tire and there’s a pump in the back and missing floor mats for this reason I really dough I’ll be back there, this was my third vehicle with you guys and the last one I do appreciate Miss Dee financial support for this vehicle great work from her side.

Having just purchased a brand new Jeep Patriot I found that after travelling to Florida and trying to hitch up my small boat, that ALL of the bolts that hold the hitch to the car were only finger tight. It was very good that I noticed this as the whole hitch could have come off. This incident has assured that I will never go to this dealer again. This is just inexcusable! The service manager is obviously not doing his job by checking on mechanics work. When I return in April, I will go and talk to him about this issue.

Beware - Many of my friends believe that the vast majority of these positive reviews are FAKE - written by staff of the dealer. I have had a number people close to me purchase cars from this dealer and NOT ONE has come away feeling good about their purchase. Not one. Many feel as though they were flat out lied to - about the price, the terms of the sale, the value of their trade in, the availability of the product etc. And when they asked questions or sought clarification, the dealership suddenly got nasty and dismissive. The trade-in values they offer are a joke, even by dealer standards. Buyer beware.
