It took accounting 24 hours to process the cheque, I had to go to the license bureau myself or it would have added a day to transaction, I plated the car myself and it was never washed. Finally it took a month and a half to received back security deposit which is also for the wrong amount. I could go on ...

It's long overdue but I am now writing this review now. This is the sleaziest bunch of salesmen I have ever dealt with. Make sure you visit other dodge dealerships in the Ottawa refion, especially the one on bank, they will give you the best price and treat you with respect. I have been to this dealership a few times, as I diligently do my car shopping and visit all dealerships. They are by far the worst, most dishonnest, disrespectful and will do what it takes to give you the worst deal.

there is only one thing that was not to my complete satisfaction and that was that one of my original key fob is not working when i returned to the dealer to ask why it was because when they installed the auto start and they had to use it to reprogram the new fobs then they told me if i lost one or something went wrong i could get it reprogrammed then but does that mean i would have to pay to get that done.
