I have dealt with Nurse for over twenty years and I have always received excellent service.. I have had many different General Motors vehicles and have always had them serviced at Nurse.

The antenna was missing. It was identified as missing by staff and confirmed by photos on day of purchase. The reasoning, "it was stolen, because nothing would have worked was frustrating and inaccurate. A simple, we missed that, sorry, would have gone the distance .

John Mulder was a great salesman to deal with! He was very thorough in explaining all the features the truck has to offer. He took the time to sit with my wife and I and pick the most appropriate truck we needed to fit our needs.

My only issue is that they had said the SUV would be ready on Tuesday evening, but wasn't ready until Wednesday at noon. The fact that I wasn't called and notified of this is the reason why I rated this experience 3 stars. I had to call and find this out.

Without a car for a total of 3 days. On 2nd visit in the am Young male staff worker passing through office was excellent. Good greeting. Reminded desk staff to acknowledge my presence (twice). Got call 40 minutes before closing for pick-up . I live in the ne area of Oshawa. Could hardly make it in time, then arrived to an empty office and waited with another customer for over ten minutes.
