Edmond always treated his customer with respect, very patient to listen to my car problem, and try to do his best to help me. He is very good to tell me which is needed attention now or may return later. My appointment always on time so is pick up time. I also like the truthful way he treat his customer.

The sales is very polite and knowledgeable. He knows the product very well and answers all my questions in detail. The delivery is very smooth and all features are introduced. It is my second new Honda within a year. For sure I will go back for another new car soon.

Edmond is professional, courteous and takes time to explain clearly what is required to be to my car(s). He keeps me updated on the progress of the maintenance. Hemakes sure that I am comfortable while I wait. If necessary he ensures that arrangements are made for my pick up and drop off if the service will take more than 3 hours.
