Danielle did a very good job of explaining the various cars available from Honda. She was polite, punctual and friendly.

I had purchased a 2013 Honda CRV back in November 2016. My sales experience with Brantford Honda was good, however once I picked up my vehicle it has been nothing but a hassle! The morning after I brought CRV home, I went to start it and to my surprise it wouldn't start. Turned out the battery died their excuse was "oh well it sat on our other lot for a month, because we were paving the driveway" well why was this not all checked over before I even purchased the vehicle, or when they had it in for servicing (oil change etc.) before pick up? So fine they replaced the battery free of charge. About two weeks later, the new battery died. Took it back in, turned out they didn't put the right battery in it. Well after my experience with Brantford Honda I have decided that obviously they can't be trusted to do a proper maintenance on a vehicle. Last week I had taken my vehicle in for regular maintenance (tire roatation, lube, oil and filter) at another garage here in a Brantford. I was completely shocked to discover that my cabin air filter was just caked in filth! It was way over do to be changed. So I complained to Brantford Honda about the condition of the cabin air filter and provided them with pictures of it as well I have kept the dirty filter for my reference as well asking "why was this not taken care of when you supposedly did a service (oil, lube, filter) back in November before pick up?" This was the response I got from Steve Jeles who is the service manager. With this kind of customer service (see email below) and the fact that they didn't obviously properly maintain the vehicle, I will NEVER let them touch another vehicle I own again nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from them! This just the most absurd response I have gotten from them yet. All I get is excuse after excuse. That's not good customer service in my opinion! Oh and of course I had already replaced my cabin air filter at the other garage to plus I would never let them touch my vehicle again after the November incident! But this is just icing on the cake! Good Morning Ashley Thank you for sending us your email in regards to your vehicle. I have discussed this with our sales manager, with any vehicle that is sold pre owed we perform a detailed inspection and perform all necessary services / repair to conform with Ministry of Transportation standards. Unfortunately Pollen filters do not fall into that category. Regardless, we aim for high customer satisfaction and we would be happy in supplying and installing a new pollen filter at no charge to you. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Warmest regards, Steve F Jeles Manager Fixed Operations

The very last place on the earth to buy used vehicle. Once they have you to sign the bill of sale, they don't seem to care. No car, no money, no more communication. 5 days and still waiting for my used car to be delivered to my house as promised. I want my car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Preferably in one piece to.

Good afternoon, John. Thank you for taking the time to write a review - as communicated to you from us, the vehicle you purchased has some outstanding recalls. Even though you purchased it 'as is', we are required to complete the necessary recalls prior to delivering the car. Once the mandatory recalls have been completed we will drop the car off to you. Should you have any other questions please don't hesitate to contact me and we can discuss further. Mike Anderson, GSM.

I made my appointment to have my snow tires taken off about a week or so ahead of time. I left work about 15 minutes early so I wouldn't inconvenience the service department. When I arrived at 3:00 pm I was told that due to the service area being 'backed up' they would not be able to service my car. They had called my home at 1;00pm. They offered to rebook next week and seemed surprised that I was busy. ( That's why I booked this week). I indicated that I really needed the Drive clean test and so the detailer was taken off his job and did the drive clean for me. I was told I'd get 'vip' booking next time. Would my appointment be cancelled again? Who knows. Not happy.
