I took my truck in as it was leaking transmission fluid . They took it in, I went in also, and you could see it was leaking from hose to rad which took maybe 5 minutes including going up on hoist. I was charged .5 hour for this. I got replaced which took maybe 30 minutes I got charged 1 hour Total 1.5 hours labour @ 90 dollars per hour for maximum 3/4 hours work. If you want repeat customers possibly use common sense when charging.

GOOD MORNING RICK ... I UNDERSTAND YOUR QUESTIONING OF LABOR CHARGES IN THIS CASE. WE AS DO MOST GARAGES UTILIZE THE MITCHELL LABOR GUIDE TO BILL OUT REPAIRS. AS A FLAT RATE SYSTEM THE TECHNICIANS ARE PAID A SET RATE FOR A REPAIR. IF THEY ARE PROFICIENT AND WELL TRAINED THEY MAY COMPLETE THE REPAIR SOONER THAN THE GRANTED TIMES. IF A TECHNICIAN CHOOSES TO WORK SLOWLY OR TAKE A COFFE BREAK HE WILL TAKE MORE TIME. WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN MAKING A QUALITY REPAIR AND BELEIEVE IN GIVING OUR BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER. I TRUST THE REPAIRS ARE DONE CORRECTLY AND HOPE THIS EXPLANATION WILL PROVIDE THE ANSWERS YOU SEEK THANKS JIM

My scheduled maintenance visits remain positive long after the original purchase. From oil changes, checking tire pressures, seasonal tire changes, to many other mechanical works; I feel that I am being looked after by people that care about not only my car, but me. Thank you!

I found Sam listened to my needs of what I needed in a vehicle. He also knew that I researched the Acadia and respected that I knew what I was looking for. I told him I had 2 vehicles and wanted to have one vehicle that would do everything for me and be great on gas. Sam made transitioning from 2 vehicles to one easily. I have also had the Acadia in to be serviced, oil changed and loved the experience that Lana provided and fitted the service I into my busy schedule.

The service wa fine I just hope the trouble wih it starting is fixed. The truck we replaced needed the computer replaced five months later. This made me shop around I did check ford and Krysler but came back to G M because of the ride. My biggest concern is the black interior I hate a black interior, you can never keep it clean. If the ford dealership could have delivered me a truck without waiting 3 week I would have bought the ford it had a grey interior.

Most recently my husband got stuck for 8 hours in a snow storm. We decided new tires were in order, as did a lot of other customers. There were no appointments available for quite a while, but when I explained my husband had an hour and a half each way to work and the problems he had in the snow storm, they found a time to fit him in. Les in Parts helped me pick a more aggressive tire and the work was done well and in a timely manner. Thank you to Parts and Service.

Had made an appointment and car was taken in at least 45 minutes late. This is an I convince for me as I do not live in Lindsay so I have other things to do and other appointments to keep. Marilyn kittle

We do try to let customers know that their appointment time is in reality a check in time for their vehicle, but we always try to take them of them as soon as we can.
