I was dissapointed that my payment did not come out on my payday as requested. This was the only thing I asked for. I feel the employee was so busy trying to sell extended warrently, which i refused, that she missed this one request. This is the third vechicle that I have purchased and made the same request, and it was always the wrong day. This may not seem important, but to me as a single person, it was. On the advice of Dan, I called TD and was able to change the date. It is now perfect. I was also surprised that when the box liner was installed, the tie downs were left in a box, in the back seat. Perhaps if I bring it in for an oil change they could be installed. My late husband and I have bought 12 new vechicles, and now this truck, I bought on my own. First time I have complained.....

Winter tire change, I was greeted immediately, was told approx. how long it would take and would I like to wait or be taken to a destination. Car was completed efficiently and of course was sitting ready all washed and clean!

Work is always done thoroughly and in the promised time. I appreciate the courteous shuttle service. I enjoy my visits with the staff, many of whom I've known for years; the dealership has a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
