The garage service was excellent. But i was promised tire protection for 5 years instead of key protection and was never given tire protect. Had to use kia point car to buy a whole new tire. Not to happy with sale reps, but very good garage.

When I first visited Kia i picked up brochures and was not given any kind of a sales pitch. Next time i went in with friends who had bought a Kia the year before I was so impressed with the people who dealt with me. Why? Because unlike many dealerships they addressed all comments and questions to me the potential buyer, not the male companion who was with me. So many dealerships talked to the man with me, even t hough the decisions and money were mine alone. Since then all dealings have been very respectful, did not make me feel like a silly "old" woman. I am certainly old and some of my questions about technology must have sounded incredibly silly to the young men in the show room, but each time i was very respectfully addressed, my questions answered and help provided in the car if necessary. I actually enjoy visiting Kia but certainly do not have to go -- the car keeps humming along beautifully.

Was very disappointed with my purchasing experience with my new vehicle (my third new KIA in the past dozen years). There was considerable pressure to purchase and what the sales person told me and what the finance manager told me were not consistent. I also had to continue asking over more than 2 months to finally receive an item that was missing when the vehicle was purchased (second back-up key fob).

Although my wife and I had not intended trading our car in after just two years of ownership, we went to the dealership out of curiosity to see what was going on. We were taken in by the special offers, and in spite of the higher fuel consumption of the Sportage and the higher payments, mostly on the words of the salesman who at all times was polite, respectful and courteous, but perhaps a little too enthusiastic, we decided to make the leap. Negotiations were a little tense at times but we finally arrived at an agreement. So far, no regrets.

Very friendly and accommodating Service staff. Would recommend the service dept. Prompt and provide comfortable wait area with free WiFi and coffee.

My car salesperson was sooo helpful from the beginning of the sale to the end. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and was very accommodating until I picked up my car. The other employees were so friendly and they were also helpful.

bought new car under 2 months ago within a month it got side swiped by a school bus while I was in the doctors office. Before bringing it to body shop I decided to stop by the dealership and take a look at scratches I had noticed on the hood near the wipers I believe damage from when car was on lot and it appears the wipers were turned on without removing snow first so ice buildup on wipers scratched the hood. I stools with service and they talked to sales and they covered that repair while the car was getting collision repairs fixed. Was happy with how professional the process was at your dealer.

March 14, 2017 I highly recommend Bank Street Kia team that was awesome on making my buying experience so great. They are General Sales Manager; Asad S., Sales Internet Manager; Sam Z. and Finance Business Manager; Sunny C. When you walk in and are browsing for a vehicle ask the above mentioned guys you will not be disappointed. Back in Dec. 2016 I purchased a 2013 Kia Sportage and I wrote a very bad review here from the trouble I had and the salesman that sold it to me. BUT I have a new chain of thought on the Bank Street Kia Sales Team (above mentioned team) that I decided to trade-in the recent purchased 2013 Sportage LX for many reasons. When I spoke to Asad, General Sales Manager regarding the problems I had with the vehicle from the first day I picked it up. He had decided to fix and repair everything that should have been done prior to the pickup date. On the day I was supposed to drop it off for repair other problems had developed, which got me thinking if things are happening to my new used vehicle only after three months of having it I thought maybe it’s best to just do a trade-in so I did exactly that. General Sales Manager, Asad S., introduced me to Sam Z (Sales Internet Manager) and he told me all about the new upgrades on the 2017 Kia Sportage LX. That evening my husband and I went back to test drive the vehicle and Asad S. gave me a nice trade-in value for my 2013 Sportage. I am very happy customer now and plan to continue dealing with the above mentioned sales team in the future and I love the colour on my new 2017 Kia Sportage LX. THANK YOU!!
