Very bad experience negotiating a price for a new KIA. One day after we left they called us to come back as we were $10 difference on the monthly payment of 60 months. We came back to agree to their price, but they said oh they made a mistake forgetting to add the floor mats, and now the price would be even higher by $9! So we said forget the mats. But then they reduced the price by only $3. Then they suggested to throw in the oil change for the life of the car just for another $10 after consulting with the manager. When we agreed to re-include the mats, the manager ran the numbers one more time and increased the price again by another $6! It was too much to deal with! Nickel and dime us and 3 times increasing the price after we agreed with the salesperson! It was frustrating and a waste of time. Never go back and we do not recommend them. Avoid the manager! Two days later their Call Center called us and advised that the general manager will call us. Instead, we do not see our review on their site anymore!

We went in on Dec 10, 2016 to look at a 2013 Kia Sportage. I used a trade-in and I black booked it before going in knew what the value of it was and gave them my ownership and he never gave it and did not know what the trade-in value of it until after the bill of sale of printed. He just assumed without asking if I wanted to use it or not. You never assume you must ask and give the customer the ownership back. We purchased the vehicle and it was the worst experience of my life. Joe Hojeij, never told us about the four holes in the back bumper but did let us about the scratches and dents around the vehicle. Went in about one week after picking the vehicle up and told Joe Hojeij, Internet Sales Manager the passenger window wasn't working and he told us "the previous owners told me it worked so I took his word for it". The detailing was disgusting and asked them to redo it, which was done on Dec 28th because a bobby pin from previous owners was left in the passenger door arm rest, well they just went in and removed and ran a cloth over the rest since the inside doesn't look anything different from where I first took pictures of it. The inside detailing is gross and horrible. If you are selling a used vehicle to someone it’s considered new to the next person buying it. It should be cleaned for that customer as if it was new! I shouldn’t have to have someone else’s gross dirt left behind in my new used vehicle. If you detailing team can’t clean the vehicles then send it to someone that can. The Internet Sales Manager, Joe Hojeij continued to repeat himself many times over to us that he was going back to school in January and he needed this vehicle sold. To us he didn’t care about us or what we had to offer it was the commission he wanted plain and simple. There are so many problems that Joe Hojeij did not treat us with honesty, all he cared about was that he got the vehicle told before returning to school in January. I am an honest customer and expect it in return.

I test drove a used Kia. I was satisfied with the handling of the car when I test drove it. I came to a deal with the salesperson on a lower price than advertised. He originally didn't think the sales manager would approve but he came back and said that the sales manager agreed to it. I was excited and was asked to pay $500 to secure the deal. I was also ready to put down a fairly big downpayment. Once I get to the finance rep, the price is suddenly several thousand higher than what was offered to me and he says that he can't give me the price that I agreed to. He says that it was the "saleperson's mistake" to offer that price to me...but the sales manager agreed to that price...anyways, after wasting the whole afternoon there only to have them back down on their offer, I decide to walk away and ask for my $500 back. I'm told that he "can't refund me automatically" and that the earliest I can have my $500 back is Monday evening. So not only am I out of a car but the $500 that I put down for a car that I'm no longer purchasing is held up for 2 days for no real reason? Extremely dissatisfied with the service.
