We were very impressed with the level of service we received from both the sales agent (Sam) and the Financial rep (Sunny). They were friendly, knowledgeable and they both worked hard to ensure we got the vehicle we needed.

I received great service until I made the deal, but afterwards the quality of the service fell apart. I should have received a call from the finance person, or the sales person when the car was ready to be picked up, but instead I had to chase them down. I seemed to have fallen through the cracks when it came to financing the vehicle, and received a call 2 weeks after I had purchsed my car saying that they had finally been able to arrange financing for me.
