Bought the car there and have taken it there for regular service for the last two years. Found the service staff competent and friendly and I have no complaints.

Baffled by how poor the service was! They clearly over-book their service appointments to mitigate any last minute cancellations or no-shows. This inevitably leads to a lot of wasted time for their customers who do show up. I booked an appointment 1 week in advance for what I was told would be a 15 min job to remove lock nuts. When I arrived I was told that it would be a 1.5 to 2 hr wait, at least, as there were 5 people ahead of me. I opted to come back for a second appointment and explained that I only had a 1 hour window which they twice confirmed would be ample time, but after 1hr and 15mins the job wasn't done so I ended up leaving without the work being done. It shouldn't take two appointments to do a simple 15 min job. This place has little respect for their patrons time and when I confronted them about their failure to meet their commitments they resorted to shifting blame onto their booking agents. Total FAIL! I would really consider going somewhere if I were you.

I appreciated being treated like a VIP customer. I walked away with a vehicle I am very happy with at a reasonable price.

My service had not been booked, The service representative was unaware of my arrival, however, he was very accommodating, and the service was completed sooner than I anticipated. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that the treatment had not been applied proficiently, leaving the corner of the dash in front of the passenger completely untouched. I will assume that the package provided as part of the protection is the same as what was applied, and I will complete the job myself, as I live out of town, and it cost me $40.00 per day to rent when I require service.
