the salesman was very helpful, capable and did everything in his power to make the sale happen. There was only one negative, KIA promised to have the car detailed inside and out. when I picked up the car, the car looked ok outside but had not been properly detailed on the inside, so I had to wait for quite a while to have some acceptable detailing done. apart from that the staff were courteous.

The whole process was flawless. I had a budget which they made sure to stick to unlike other dealerships who pushed for upgrades. Their salesman Joe made sure my test drive route had similar conditions/speed to my every day drives and not just around the block which i totally appreciated. He was super nice and very professional through the whole process. I highly recommend him and the dealership!

We decided to purchase a KIA Soul and decided to look in Ottawa after having a very unpleasant experience at the dealership in Cornwall, Ont., our hometown. Right from the beginning, both Moe and Joe were very professional, pleasant to deal with, not pushy at all but made it abundantly clear that they wanted to provide us with what we were looking for. Joe made the sale and even came in on his day off to ensure that we were satisfied with his service and the vehicle itself. I have recommended this dealership to many others. If we ever want another KIA in the future, we will definitely return to Bank St. KIA.

Professional , quick, no hassle, all done as promised - no games or waste of time with these guys, they play straight & fair. Blow the other dealership I visited - Orleans - straight out of the water. See you guys for service - will be happy to drive the extra miles.
