customer service top priority

From the minute you walk in the door , you are greeted and shown that you as a customer matter, whether the first time there or have been a customer in long standing . You are important to them and it shows. Very friendly staff who do not exert any pressure for whatever reason visiting their showroom or service center. Pleasure to be a part of Bank Street Kia family.

This is the 3rd car I buy at Bank Street Kia. I went in during a midnight madness sale and got a better price than I was initially expecting. The sales person was a very good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful. There were no games. They delivered on everything that we had discussed and agreed to. The service people are also very friendly and helpful.

Had to wait over 10 weeks. Knew about the wait. Ended up taking another vehicle (did the leg work myself) At pickup, car had minor scratches above license plate. Also SD card (for uvo maps ) was not installed. ..did thay myself. for the price we pay for PDI that should be done and verified by dealership.

Not at all impressed with their Service department. I always have to wait several minutes when calling the central line. I've been transferred to the wrong department more than once. Have been spoken to condescendingly. And have been told that work needs to be done that, when I have brought my vehicle elsewhere, have been told that there is nothing wrong with it. Maybe this is par for the course with service departments but I'm sure that there are a few good, honest ones out there. This is not one of them.

I ordered a paint pen to fix a scratch on my car. The parts department clerk said he would call me as soon as it arrived. He never did and I had to call back several weeks later to find out if the pen had arrived.
