Looked at a car thought about it and put a deposit down. Decided I didn't want to go with it and said the deposit wouldnt get back to me for 5 business days because of accounting. Confronted them about this and they were roof once I left. Don't go here.

Didn't feel any pressure when first visiting the dealership and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My new vehicule was delivered on time and all functions were explained in detail on day of delivery.

After negotiating a price for my vehicle I was going through the closing process and noticed a $1620 charge for insurance on the Scotia loan agreement. I was told that it was required even though the signed for said this was optional, I also noticed a $1750 charge for a protection plan that I had not been informed about. I was told it was required by the Scotia dealer plan agreement. This totaled $3370 in charges I was not aware of All for a loan amount of $8727. I asked for my certified check back and was refused. Was told it was now mine whether I wanted it or not. Your business manager How do you think I should rate this experience?

I have not been fully informed on the required oil change intervals, I have purchased the anti-rust system and offered free life time oil change, but I was thinking it is going to be every 3 months, however later I have been informed that now it is every 6 months, If I knew this information before hand I might consider not to buy the anti rust system.
