EXcellent after sales

This review is for MOE for excellent after sales service. I bought a new 2016 KIA SOUL LUXURY from MOE and JOE about 3months ago. When cleaning the interior yesterday I noticed a crack in the drivers side door panel. My first reaction was well after 3 months you are out of luck, but nothing ventured so I contacted MOE he inspected the crack and agreed to replace the panel no drama. Now I have dealt with other dealers who would have said no way after this time. This is my second car from MOE and my third from the Dilawri group I will have no hesitation going to KIA again when it is time to trade

Like the car, he knew what I wanted. I just don't like how I didn't know the total of the car after taxes until I signed the papers

The service department is great. Very polite and helpful. We have not have our vehicle long enough for even our first servincing.

I was very happy with my experience buying my car from Kia. Huseyn was very knowledgable about all the features of the vehicle I eventually did purchase. The test drive was awesome as he had me test out all the features of the car. He was very polite and respectful and explained the technology of the car so I could understand it and relate. Sonny was great too working out the numbers. He was very considerate and they both went the extra mile by providing me with a rental car until such time as my new vehicle would be available. I enjoyed my experience very much and would recommend thesse two gentlemen very highly.

Pre Owned Kia Optima SX Turbo

Bought a pre-owned Kia Optima SX turbo. Worked with Joe and he was great at showing us the car. I am a car guy, and he was great about explaining the aspects of the car that I cared about and not giving me the typical dealer run around. Gave me the price I wanted to pay for the car so I was pleased about that. Car came with 2 sets of tires which were both like new. Overall very pleased with my experience and would like to thank Joe and Ralph for the car!
