The experience was OK. I'm indifferent to recommending this dealership to anyone, though Huseyn was always friendly and courteous. It took a while to get my owner's manual and my second key, but I'm told there were extenuating circumstances which caused the delay. Huseyn followed up on his promise to personally deliver the items to my house, which was pretty upstanding of him.

It has been nothing but a hassle since I bought my brand new 2016 kia soul. Noone is ever available to discuss anything. They make promises to look into something and get back to you. Still waiting for the call back that was promised by 10am on Monday to give me a solution to my latest problems. I bought new and from a dealership so that I would have a guarantee of good service and not have to worry about the safety and certification of my vehicle. Big mistake. Next time I need to buy anything, it will not be at a kia dealership. I probably would have gotten better service and a better deal on kijiji!

Joe was a great sales person. He approached us a soon as we arrived, but was not pushy or forceful. Test drive was relaxed. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Negotiation was fair without any fuss or messing about. A great experience.

I was given a wonderful tour of the vehicles, given good options as to what may suit my needs best, I was given great options for financing, I was given a new graduate rebate and given the lowest cost when compared with competitors. They even brought me in a white car, like I had specifically asked for. Even when it came to warranty, rustproofing and other things, I found them to be very informative and honest about what would be necessary for me and what would not.

Krystof was professional and very factual. At no time did he make any attempt to convince me of a veh or options I was not looking for. He was also very upfront with me about everything. To sum it up he earned my trust which is hard to do. Krystof is an asset to your business.
