Traded my 2015 KIA Forte5SX against a 2016 KIA Soul luxury. Dealt with Joe and had a good experience with a fair deal. This is my second Kia from Bank St Kia

I purchased a new Rondo with the help of Joe Hojeij and Moe Hezam. The experience was great and I also got a great deal on the vehicle. Highly recommended

just bought my kia from joe at the dealership. amazing experience , great service from him and the financing dept no pressure great atmosphere . Joe was wonderful to deal with .will diffidently be coming back when it is time for another new vehicle .

You can go to this place, but get every thing googled by yourself, don't easy to make comprises. I choose it because it is the nearest my home. I thought it should be the same coz as a big brand, the service should be almost the same. My dealer is JOE, I think he is OK. For other bad dealers, I was lucky and I didn't have them. Actually, I did sales job before too, I prefer to offer all the information, and let you choose. Because I totally understand, if they are not our target segment customers, they won't buy whatever. If you try to be honest, customers trust you more. Do not think customers don't understand your sales skills, it's 2015. Good mouth words are important to dealers and salesmen. The bad thing is they promise free snow tires but when they offered you discount, they said that is not included.

Just had a horrible experience at Bank Street Kia. I test drove a Soul twice, and both times had a precise and clear quote on a 2016 model. Tonigt i walked in to make a cash purchase on it, only to be told that they "can only do that price on a 2015". I wasted my time 3 times, and felt disrespected by dishonest salesmen. Fun fact: the online, unnegociated price for that 2015 is about $1000 than the quote. They lost my business.

Was brought in under false pretenses..offered newer car with better payments (received this in the past and worked out great) but walked away this time with double payments. Was told that the person on the phone basically did not what she was talking about. Felt taken advantage of. I complained and was unfortunately bribed into giving an excellent customer review on their website (was told people could lose their jobs if they dont get excellent) and was promised cruise vouchers that we have yet to receive (this was almost 4 months ago). I've complained to multiple people and still have not received a solution and have been rude to since going into the sales department. The management has changed 4 times since I originally bought my car 4 months ago. I will not recommend Kia to anyone.
