The sales person provided me with the excellent service. The only thing needs to be improved its more communication between salesperson and a buyer.

Kia did not cancel my previous car payments so I had to pay for 2 car payments after I traded in my car. Then when I emailed them to ask why, no one ever got back to me. Also, when doing the paperwork for my new purchase, I was not given answers to my questions. The whole process was frustrating. I am a happy with my purchase and the staff are friendly but when it came down to business they were a challenge to deal with.

Made us feel welcome. Presented us with options on a vehicle we had never considered. Was open to our concerns and made every effort to answer our specific questions. We were made to feel good about our purchase. We will visit another KIA dealership in the future as a result of this experience.

Like I wrote before, my experience has been a great one! I'm 'happy and satisfied mostly from the service I received from Krystof Kolbic. He made me feel comfortable and open to ask him any questions, and answered my questions. His sense of humour made a positive difference too. He also practiced a little bit of French. Bravo!! I'm very much satisfied of the choice I've made and my KIA Soul is now called my PIGMOBILE!! (I'm a pig lover !!...) Thanks again for everything!! OINK!OINK!
