Was brought in under false pretenses..offered newer car with better payments (received this in the past and worked out great) but walked away this time with double payments. Was told that the person on the phone basically did not what she was talking about. Felt taken advantage of. I complained and was unfortunately bribed into giving an excellent customer review on their website (was told people could lose their jobs if they dont get excellent) and was promised cruise vouchers that we have yet to receive (this was almost 4 months ago). I've complained to multiple people and still have not received a solution and have been rude to since going into the sales department. The management has changed 4 times since I originally bought my car 4 months ago. I will not recommend Kia to anyone.

Mr. Dilawri I was in at your Kia location on Bank Street today and just wanted to drop a note to say how pleasant Huseyn Huseynov was. Unfortunatly we could not meet on a price not for a lack of trying. I was also chatting with some of your other sales men and they were pleasant as well. Far better then one of your other locations. They represent you well.

Not a trust or customer service oriented place. My girlfriend and I went to buy a used car that we saw online. When we got there they kept us waiting for 15 minutes and finally told us they couldn't find the keys. Fine, it happens. We arrange to come back two days later for a test drive. Two days had gone by and they texted me and I spoke to them on the phone about coming in to look at the car the day of the appointment. Great. However, when we got there the sales person, Fabricio, left us in the showroom for about 15 long minutes and then came back with "bad news". The car had been sold the day before! He didn't save the car for us like he should have, made us drive all the way out to their dealership and didn't warn me or anything about the car having been sold. My dad was coming to look at the car with us and he had driven 25 minutes (while we were waiting in the showroom) when we got 'the news' and had to tell him to turn around. Some dealerships will move mountains for you and earn your trust, some are just slimy and after your money. The car was probably a lemon anyways and the apology was still in his mouth while he tried to sell us on another car that was in a totally different size class to what we were looking for. Never going back.

The one thing I would like to mention is that I went into Kia thinking that I would be getting lower payments because that's what they said on the phone when they called me, but they could not offer that when I went in. It was disappointing but I came out with a better car.

Victor was really helpful, pleasant and straightforward. He was easy to work with and was always trying to ensure we had plenty of information about the vehicle we were interested in. In the end we got a lovely car for a nice price.

After months of research and my old vehicle slowly breaking down on me, I decided to go to Bank Street Kia. I was greeted by Joe, who had sent an email after my online request. Needless to say, I had gone in looking at the Rio....but realized that the Forte is what I needed for my young family. Loved the test drive and no-pressure environment that Joe provided. The deal I received for the vehicle was incredible, and Ralph made the financing process so simple! Thank you guys so much, and I just filled up for the first time on Monday! Great gas mileage! Dan

My wife and I had been looking for a car for some time. We'd been to many dealerships in that time. We must say, our sales representative Joe made it the most pleasant experience out of all other dealerships. He was thorough, explained the cars features and descriptions in detail, as well as patient and attentive when either my wife or I had questions about all the cars we inquired about. When we finally made our decision, we were met by the business manager Ralph who very clear and concisely explained all our options and tailored all the financing as well as warranties to our needs. He was very patient and gave us the space for my wife and I to talk it over alone before making our decisions. We had a great experience with everyone in this dealership, are extremely satisfied with our car, and would definitely recommend this service to other people!

I just bought my self a 2011 Kia Sorento that I love ! And the staff was so nice and friendly especially Victor and Ralph. I liked that they didn't push me away from want I wanted and try to sell me a brand new car or something I didn't want. Very pleased with the whole experience!
