Horrible customer service. Each time we have been in there for service they mock us at our questions. We ask why certain items listed online for recalls or warranty issues don't apply to our car when all online posts state they do. They pass it off as if nothing is wrong. Last time we were in there they also said we needed to pay for the GPS update and they didn't even know how or where to do it and said look in your owners manuals. I asked the severe manager and he said I don't know much about Kia just yet and I don't know of anyone doing a GPS update. We were told by our sales rep that all his updates were included. Now we know they don't even know how to do it themselves. They also gave us a quote on tires and winter rims and then when my pregnant wife arrived they said they quoted on on the wrong Optima and they the price is now $400 more. Rather stupid considering they sold us the car so how could they not know. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for honesty or professionalism. Go elsewhere and good luck.

Went in for my regular maintenance and decided to inquire about the new 2015 Rondo. Joe helped us make a decision and in less than 20 minutes we have received an amazing offer to upgrade. Our lovely little Kia Rio was traded up, and today we went home with the new Rondo. As with the purchase of the Rio, the entire experience was professional. Information and options were presented in a clear and consise manner. All purchase and financing options were opened to us. The decision was simple. I had to say the least excellent service and support.

The worst dealer I've ever met. I was planning to buy a used car, there is another $799 admin fee which never noticed on the autotrader and its official website, and the engine of the car is full of rust, after the test drive, the salesman kept on asking me to buy the car at that day for a long time, and ask his manager to keep on asking me to buy after I rejected. So bad.

First a little back story, We were not buying a car for the sake of just getting a new car, my wife got into a pretty bad accident, in which the car was a considered a total lost. From the first time that I called Bank Street Kia we were met with nothing but top notch customer service. We had test drove a few cars all of which were great cars, and had settled on the 2015 Kia Forte, after some issues on the bank side of the financing (being declined twice from the bank that said we could do it no issue), Isko Safic went above and beyond spoke to the bank directly and got an approval, he also suggested that we take a different car the 2014 Forte Koup SX due to the rebate he able to get us on it, we initially had some reservations about going with the Koup (We have a very active 4 year old). But Isko assured us that we would not lose any room in the back, and my god he was right, it is super easy to get my daughter in and out of the car, not to mention it is also a much better equipped vehicle then we were originally looking at. So we lost our rental the day before we were to test drive the koup, we called Isko and Krystof Kolbik to let them know we would not be able to get ourselves to the dealership for the test drive, again we were met with above and beyond customer service Krystof went out of his way to pick us up at our home on the other side of town, and engaged with our daughter along the way toward the dealership, set us up in the Koup as we went for the test drive, when we got back Krystof offered my daughter a cookie and a hot chocolate, the cookies we are pretty sure he took from his personal stash in his desk, while we waited to speak to Isko about the numbers on the Koup. Isko does not over complicate the financing using lay-mans terms so we can understand what is being said. We set off with Krystof for home (yes he drove us home to) since it was the weekend and we were not able to take possession of the car until Tuesday. Kyystof was absolutely great with my daughter to the point she didn't want to leave "I like these boys I want to stay". As Tuesday rolled around and we had agreed on a time that someone would come and pick us up to take us to the dealership so we could finalize the deal, figuring it would be someone from the service department in the shuttle, but no it was Krystof again going across town way out of his way for us again, on the way to the dealership we ran into a few accidents and tons of construction (Yay Ottawa!). Krystof told us a bit about himself and kept the conversion rolling while we waited in traffic, when we got into the dealership we were all talking like we were old friends. Isko was ready for us to sign off on the warranty and finalize deal, again not over complicating things. Krystof went to bring the car to the front and to warm it up for us since winter is defiantly here. Krystof came back in as we were finishing the paperwork to walk us out to the car. He explained the extra features and how to use them before we left. Overall this is honestly the Best Experience I have ever had with buying a car the staff at Bank Street Kia are by far the warmest, most welcoming group of professionals (including the lovely receptionist), one could ever expect to work with at a auto dealership.

My wife and I had shopped for roughly two weeks looking at every makers small and compact cars for our second car and had come away with the impression that the best deal would be for us to lease an entry-level model and I only visited Bank Street Kia on a whim after getting a sales announcement. Moe was ridiculously pleasant and accommodating of my busy schedule. While he and mostly his sales manager were obviously hungry for a sale they only pushed in respectful manner and in the end they allowed me to get a fancier car that made me happier at a price comparable to others' entry-level vehicle. Isko, the finance manager was just as pleasant.

This is the first time I ever write a review but I felt my experience needed to be mentioned. Yesterday I went to this dealership and test drove the Rio5. The car is fine for what it is. I was dealing with Kristoff and started the negotiations. The back and forth was pointless and dragged on for no reason, but to be expected. Where it got dicey is when the GM Patrick got involved in the negotiations.; I have never met such a condescending person in my life. He made me feel like I was a liar misrepresenting my intentions and not worth his time. When I got up to leave (because I said I had another engagement) he presented me his final offer... to which I said "ok, I'm listening". Patrick threw his hands in the air and "OH... NOW YOU HAVE TIME FOR ME!". And continued in his agressive tone... that is when I walked out. Never going to this dealer again.
