Horrible customer service. Where do I start? After agreeing to a set price, Kia backed out of the agreed deal when they realized the salesperson made a mistake. They didn't make any kind of compromise and recalculated deal. After agreeing to a new, higher price we were asked to sit with the leasing Manager. They said it would be a five minute wait. The five minutes turned to over a 35 minute wait. Was going to walk out of dealership at that point but the vehicle was not for me but my elderly mother who really wanted to buy the Soul. We sit down and first thing he does he goes into sales pitch on additional overpriced warranty and other services. After declining we confirmed color of vehicle, etc...a week later the called us to come pick up car. We get there and it's the wrong color. Although I could take some of responsibility on the colour and told them so, they still tried to charge us an additional $700 for the color we originally had ordered. We told them no thank you and let them know that from day one they showed lack of professionalism and any sense of customer care. We decided to go to Kia Donnelly in Kanata and bought the Soul in titanium as we wanted. They didn't have that color in the lot but committed to get us the color we wanted. One week later they delivered. What a difference in customer care from the salesperson, the sales manager and the leasing manager at Kia Donnelly in Kanata. Kia Bank street could use lessons from that team and ownership group.

Just bought a used Kia Sorento from Bank St Kia. The salesman(Faiz) and the sales manager (Bob) were both very friendly and helpful, also we dealt with Sonny the finance manager, who was helpful, honest and reasonable. We walked out of the dealership feeling like we got a fair deal, and we were able to get it for within our budget. We picked the car up a few days later and it was thoroughly cleaned, and ready to go.

When I bought my brand new Kia Rio LX two years ago the experience was a good one. However, I've had problems with my car and my service with bank street Kia since my purchase. One appointment to top up my oil resulted in the oil being overfilled. Shortly after, a new problem developed and my car started over heating. I brought it strait to Kia (as I was instructed) and they claimed to have fixed the problem. They charged me for their services (I am under warranty). I tried to argue my case with no luck. To top it off, I soon found out that my car was in fact not fixed and once again I found myself stranded on the side of the road in rush hour due to an over heating car. I brought it in again twice after that with the same problem, and got the same outcome. They claimed the issue was resolved, charged me, and sent me on my way. After 3 separate visits to fix the same problem (including charges), I finally brought my car to a different dealership (North Bay Kia) for them to have a look. They found and fixed the problem within a half hour, replaced all the parts that had blown from my car over heating during the span of multiple months, free of charge (as I am under warranty). They told me that it was a simple and common problem they see in new Rio models (malfunction in cooling fan resistor). The staff at North Bay Kia were astounded at the poor service I had received at Bank Street Kia and told me I should never have been charged for the services pertaining to my car over heating as I am under warranty. Thus I do not recommend buying a Kia vehicle nor getting your car serviced at Dilawri Bank Street Kia.

3 weeks ago, My wife and I visited the Bank Street Kia looking for a used car. We loved the excellent service and Contact we ve got with KIA personnel, and Mr. Hamad Hamad in particular. When we arrived there, we were not even sur to purchase a car. The nice and interesting discussions we vot got with him, his Professionalism and his kindness along the whole process (from the moment of visiting the various cars, trying the car, .. to the finalization of the transaction) has motivated our decision to purchase the car. I have loved also the excellent service of IKA and in particular I would like to thank them for having completed all the required work (including Quebec certification) so I could have the car avec l'immatriculation du Quebec, le jour ou je suis venu chercher la voiture. We have been driving the car for 3 weeks and we are really very happy with the car and the great deal and Great Service we ve got with KIA. We bought this car for our daughter. But I am sure we will come back soon to replace our aging (8 years) Honda at IKA. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Worst service ever! Dropped off my car for full schedule maintenance which cost about $600 and they literary broke my car. Engine got overheated twice and oil leaked from the engine and so on. People working at service department including their manager are so careless. This is the first time I ever write a review but I had to share. Because of them I won’t buy Kia vehicle ever again.

Bought my vehicle next door so can't rate sales, but the service department (specifically the people working on your vehicle) are so careless. No coincidence that the same can be said for the service department at Mitsubishi. Firstly, waited almost two hours for a 30 minute service, thereafter, my vehicle was returned but with paint damage that the manager was quick to deny despite what could have been a simple resolution. I discourage everyone I know from going here. PERIOD. Naturally, I will not be returning here ever again.
