great service, exceptionaly helpful and very honest people to deal with, would highly recomend first time buyers orjust in genral anyone looking for a car. very helpful with dealing with my credit and suggesting the best route to go, the customer comes first to them before selling a car!!

Fix or Buy

We just purchased another vehicle from Empire Auto Group which is probably about our 5th or 6th one from them over the years. There have been some hiccups along the way with each purchase like you would expect to get any time you purchase any used vehicle but the staff at Empire have always bent over backwards to ensure that whatever issue there may be has always been looked after promptly and professionally. This is the main reason that we keep coming back for our new to us vehicles. This time Sam M was the person we dealt with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new to them vehicle! Thanks again Empire for another vehicle.

Great purchasing and trade in experience with Al at Empire East. Saw the vehicle in auto-trader so I'd already done some homework on it. Al went with me on the test drive to make sure it handled well and everything was in good working order. The few things that needed to be checked were checked out and in perfect running condition when I picked up the car. And the no hassle trade in and negotiation of the final price was great.

I visited your dealer ship and I was dealing with a young gentleman named Hass, I was texting back and forth with him inquiring about your 2014 Chrysler 300, He was busy when I popped in , I should of call him first. However, he did text me later that evening apologizing that he didn't have time to sit down with me. I felt that was excellent customer service, and Hass buddy it was my fault , i didn't let you know i was popping in.. We are going to set up a appointment to look for another vehicle. Thanks Hass I know you will be our guy!!
