I came into the dealership hoping on the off-chance that I might find a deal and score a good vehicle at a good price, but what did I find? With Mike's help I found a great vehicle at a fabulous price!!! Mike said he would take care of me and he did, I was eligible for the Chrysler Advantage Plan and Mike described what it was, answered every question I had in great detail, worked great with me and made my excperience with Wellington Motors the best customer service experience I have ever received. I worked on my financial plan with Shawn and he was just as wonderful. He answered all of my questions, talked to me about my warranty options and financing options. They also directed me to Matt, an insurance broker with HJM and he clearly explained everything to do with my policies and options. I am full of confidence and am so ecstatic about my new van. They were some of the greatest people I have ever worked with and they confirmed my decision in buying a vehicle with Wellington Motors. I should have gone to them first and saved so much time from looking around from dealership to dealership. I recommended Mike and Wellington Motors to everyone at work and I continue recommending it to every person that I meet or hear that they are thinking about getting a vehicle. As a first vehicle purchase, I couldn't have asked for a better excperience. Thank you so much guys!! You rock!!
