I had inquired about a RAM truck i was interested in to reduce my current payments and possibly lowering my loan amount. Nick Marando sent me a text message the next day asking if I had 10 minutes to spare. I was very hesitant weighing all the options and thinking that this would be another typical car salesman trying to make a quick sale having no regard for my initial concern which was lowering my payment and not leaving with a higher loan then the one I was currently in. I decided to come down to St. Albert Dodge and showed Nick my vehicle and he was able to get me a trade in value that I was happy with! Then it came down to the price on the vehicle and the payments I was comfortable with making. We looked at a few other vehicles but I was set on the one truck. Nick was able to get me to the payment amount I was comfortable with after some negotiations and even got me a new set of tires for the truck! There was no pressure throughout the buying experience with Nick to purchase TODAY. He gave me my options and was open and honest about the whole sale. Now I am the owner of a “new to me” RAM! I would refer Nick to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle. BONUS, he also gives you some free swag when the deals closed lol! Thanks for everything Nick, we will be back in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shannon and the finance team was awesome at St.Albert Dodge. Told him what I was looking for & he nailed them all down for me. Super easy process with trading in my vehicle & getting exactly what I was hoping for. Not to mention the cute little hot wheels vehicle to match our new purchase!

Purchased a 2024 Dodge Ram in January of this year. Had Shannon Stuht help me out and he was amazing during the process. Helped me get the truck I wanted and was transparent while doing so. Couldn’t say a bad thing about the guy. Made it a great experience! Finance team was also great in working out a term I was comfortable with. Overall a great dealership and a great experience.
