Cambrian Ford Sales

Though I hate paying for car repairs, it’s no fault of Cambrian Ford. However, the customer service I received was stellar. The shuttle driver was a gentleman. The dealership is definitely dated. I wish the customer pickup for the vehicles was closer to the doors. I would return though.

Not good at all,after a year I received a phone call they forgot to charge me deductible,how is that my problem? I paid what they told me to pay, if you forgot, that is on you not on me. Why do you think that your mistakes are my responsibility? It's easy to run the company like that; I apologize for...;We forgot to...; we understand your frustrations...; but we maid mistake and you will pay for it. Thanks but I'm out, I'm not going there again

Great place to shop for a truck. With the COVID shortages Ryan found me the truck I wanted, for the price I wanted. He was great to deal with. Terry the finance manager was great to deal with aswell. These guys made me realize how salespeople should be. Will be back for my next truck.
