A few bumps in the road since the initial purchase of 2 used vehicles, but dealing with Guerino has been excellent. Professional, courteous, and understanding, Guerino provided solutions while going above and beyond to fix the issues. The length of waiting to get vehicle back was long, but that's a Ford Canada issue, not the dealerships fault. Waiting for parts that are in high demand due to recalls can take time, and I understood that prior to bringing in my vehicles for service. The dealership covered the rental cost for the entire time my vehicles were getting serviced, which doesn't always happen at most dealerships. Friendly staff at the body shop as well as service desk.

I have a lot of hesitation when it comes to dealing with automobile salespeople. I have been to multiple dealerships before and had a horrible experience; however, I decided to continue my search for a new car because I was very interested in the prospect of driving a Bronco. Then, I met Montana. This woman single-handedly SAVED car salespeople for me. She was so professional, transparent, understanding, and fun. After my last experience, I genuinely believe that this woman saved the automobile business, because before Montana, buying a car was hell on earth with terrible service on the side. Thank you Montana for everything you did!

Great buying experience at Cambrian Ford. Montana was a pleasure to deal with and was very patient while we went though all the custom options and again when I changed my mind on some of them a month later. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

Buying a new vehicle can be a very daunting experience. Montana helped make the process easy! She is incredibly knowledgeable on Ford Vehicles and helped us find the perfect fit for us. We also had a time crunch, and she managed to have all the background work completed so we were able to drive off in our Bronco Sport in just a day or two! It was always a pleasure speaking with her and not once did I feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. John was also very thorough and explained our sales agreement and warranty in such a way that we did not have any questions. I highly recommend you visit Cambrian Ford and ask to work with Montana and John!
