Walked in curious about what car might suit me best and Montana was ready to help me out! Helped me narrow down to an ideal car for my day to day and get to a price I was comfortable with. Loved the welcome vibes at Cambrian Ford and the knowledgeable staff that guided me through the entire process.

They were awesome to deal with and very knowledgeable. Montana and John helped us purchase a new Bronco. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive from Elliot lake to Sudbury and would definitely go there again in the future

I recently purchased a new F-150 in June, and I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service at Cambrian Ford. I was greeted by reception the moment I walked through the door, and Brian & Montana were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I was test driving a few varieties of the F-150, plus Montana was communicative between preparation and the delivery date. Let us not forget the financing process. John was great, and did not push for upsells that I did not express interest in which has been a rarity in the past. Although I did make a sarcastic remark about the financing office being the worst part of purchasing a vehicle, someone has to do it, and John is exceptional at his job.

My boyfriend brought his truck in to check out his sunroof that had been rattling since he bought it and they charged hundreds of dollars to “diagnose it” and ended up breaking it even more, now the sun shade wont even close all the way and the window wont open but it sound like it is with air coming in and it did work when it was brought in but they claim it was like this already 🤬 unreal. I want to see the cameras of this tech messing with the truck.

Our experience with Cambrian Ford was amazing. The customer service was exceptional and outstanding. Everything was explained in detail, and it was the easiest buying experience that my husband has ever had. The truck he purchased from them they explained the details of the truck to him. The experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend Cambrian Ford to anyone!!! When my husband ordered a back rack for his truck and when he went to pick up his truck it was not attached they immediately explained what happened and they are waiting for another one to be shipped and to come back Friday for the install. CAMBRIAN YOU ROCK!!!!

Sales reps here have horrible attitude and terrible knowledge. North bay ford was a better experience never gonna buy here

Avoid this place like the plague. They are scammers, increasing the price after the deal was done and deposit made because they knew the customer got treaty money
