If 0 stars was an option, it would be 0. Service quality is non existent. Can’t even get a call back from sales having already bought from their dealership several times. Save your time and take your business elsewhere.

i am terribly sorry to hear about your recent experience in not getting a call back. Did you visit the dealership and speak to a sales associate? or did you just call the dealership? ive taken a quick look at our database because you said you have bought here several times, but cannot find your name. Were the vehicles purchased under a different name than Simran?

Twice now I've looked at vehicles on the site, that they don't actually have. Talked to a salesperson, Julien, make an appointment only to get a text back saying the vehicle isn't there. Drive to the lot two days later, the car is on the lot, talked to a sales guy in person who said it was still available. And it's still on the site for sale as of 03/22/2025. Not sure if it's the sales manager that sucks, or the sales staff. If you don't want to sell these type of vehicles then don't bring them in and list them for sale. Terrible customer service.

Each time we bring our vehicle in, they keep it all day, do no work, comminate nothing, leave us with no car. When picking up, late, literally hours or even days, they can never find a shuttle. Worst service ever

What's the point of having an EV charger that is pay per use but keep multiple non EVs parked in front to block it from access

Worse place I’ve ever had to deal with getting my car fixed, the mechanics and the customer service! will never be going back there again nor would I recommend it to anyone! PEOPLE OF SUDBURY ! Beware!! Total rip off and don’t want to fix their own mistakes.

Buying a new vehicle can be a very daunting experience. Montana helped make the process easy! She is incredibly knowledgeable on Ford Vehicles and helped us find the perfect fit for us. We also had a time crunch, and she managed to have all the background work completed so we were able to drive off in our Bronco Sport in just a day or two! It was always a pleasure speaking with her and not once did I feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. John was also very thorough and explained our sales agreement and warranty in such a way that we did not have any questions. I highly recommend you visit Cambrian Ford and ask to work with Montana and John!

Great ending to an unfortunate event. I brought my truck to the body shop after being involved in a collision. Had to go back few times due to some slight adjustments needing to be done to the work that was completed. What was an unpleasant experience at the beginning did turn out to have a really great outcome given their commitment to satisfy.
