Went into Honda this morning for an appointment after being reassured on multiple occasions that warranty covered the part that needed the be replaced on the car but when I went in I was told that this wasn't the case and that I would have to provide the money myself. Since prior to this I had been told that it was no big deal and that it was covered, I was a little thrown off. Adam at the service counter provided the absolute worst customer service to me and did not provide any insight at all as to why my issue would not be covered and proceeded to be exceptionally rude to me and acted as if he did not have the time nor the patience for my questions or concerns.
