I had an issue with my honda accord. I know my car and the way that it acts when it's not right. So I went in to get a routine checkup to figure out what was going on, they continuously told me nothing. Very young and uneducated "mechanics" . Also, if they give you a 30min wait time expect to be there for 1hr 30min. Always been the case for me anyways! The only plus side to this honda is the big waiting room and they offer coffee/tea/water. Also when I bought my used honda accord and I asked the sales person sheldon for a better deal they offered me nothing! (Usually always a negotiation on used vehicles) No lower price on the car and no snow tires. After I bought the car I come to find out the front end was falling off the plastic cover on the engine wasn't screwed on and I had to bring the car to grandfalls to get it fixed. Very disappointed in Honda's service would never buy another car from this honda.

I had the tires on my Civic replaced here. Two of the new tires are leaking 10psi a week. I contacted them about the issue 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them. I'm going to have the tires repaired at another shop.

Great and friendly service. Staff were very helpful and made buying a new vehicle an easy and pressure-less process. Leanne and the front staff were especially helpful. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda.
