Very disappointed with this dealership and service. I bought a brand new rav4 which turned out to be a lemon. Toyota has said they would fix but did not tell me when and how long I would have to wait. Than on top of that when I went to purchase the vehicle I had specifically asked them to put the cars ownership on my company name instead of personal they screwed me there and put in on my personal name and now it has become an issue for me and my HST for my business…. Never coming here or doing any business with them ever again…

The staff at Jackson's Toyota were friendly, helpful, professional and highly organized. They did a great job organizing everything for us, detailing the car, and even pre-booking my first service appointment. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a new vehicle!

Had the most amazing customer service from Kenny Santana! I watched him care and try to help the customer prior to me. So attentive and honest. His advice and care during and after the appointment were astonishing. I have never received this type of service in Toronto on anything So thankful we moved here and will be taken care of! Kenny is a gem.

I attempted to schedule an appointment by phone, but the staff instructed me to use the online booking system. The following morning, the service department informed me that all available slots were booked until July, despite my online confirmation. Consequently, I had taken a day off for this appointment. The staff mentioned encountering issues with the online booking system for a while and in suggested that customers should not be advised to book online if that's the case..

Was looking for a newer used car finally found what I was looking for at the Barrie Toyota after failed attempts at Stouffville Toyota. We had Shawn Element help us he made the process as easy and stress free as possible, within a week I had the keys to the car I walked on the lot for the best part is when I told him I know what I want and this is it he listened and didnt continue to press me to choose something else which the Stouffville Toyota did do to me, we went inside filled out paperwork and within 2 1/2 hrs we were out of there waiting for a response, We will definitely be using him in the future Thank you Shawn for everything!
