Worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I booked an appointment a month in advance for 9:15am and dropped my car off early the morning of the appointment. When they asked what time I would like it back I said 1pm. At 2:30pm when I hadn't heard from them I called to get a status update. The service advisor said there were two cars ahead of me and they would call when it was ready. At 4pm I received a call saying my car had several issues and they needed more time. They did provide a rental car that night, but at the last minute and it left me scrambling with no car seat for my daughter. I got the car back the following day and it sounded worse then when I took it in. It turns out they had over tightened the E-brake cable, which resulted in additional time spent at the dealership. Overall, the lack of communication and service was appalling and I will not be going back!

We picked up TODAY 2025 Sienna LE from Jackson’s Toyota and this is all thanked to our Super Supe Super salesman -Dmitry Mazurkevich,- incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He made sure the entire process was smooth and incredibly fast. Like really fast!!! Again a big shoutout to Dmitry for his genuine dedication to customer satisfaction made the experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend Jackson’s Toyota to anyone in search of a quality vehicle and an outstanding team. Thank you, Jackson’s – I’ll be back! once again, they exceeded my expectations!

Bought a Rav4 LE Hybrid (HEV) from Jackson's Toyota and got the 2025 Model. Great experience overall, no pressure tactics, no hidden fees/charges/pricing surprises . Eric was the salesperson and Rick- the finance manager. They kept me informed regularly about the status during the waiting period (~100+ days). Overall averaged 6.2L/100km on day 1 , (5.4L/100 km in city for a short trip in the evening) - still working to improve my pulse and glide technique. Although I live in the GTA and did contact a few Toyota dealers here but the experience was bad due to reasons well known , so decided to go out a little and make my purchase. Encourage everyone in GTA to venture out and not succumb to any devious tactics.

Been here for 945 appointment service at 935am and decided to instead just do oil change express It’s 11.10am and I got it back now they appeared to get me to the last of the line up. What a long wait Someone on the desk could have been more diligent on this with at least mentioning that now it could be a long wait time or I can come another time. Disappointed
