Recently purchased used from here. They went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. Each member of their team was amazing. From the personalized introduction video for the vehicle I was looking at, to how much I was able to save with their sales rep, to how seamless it was working with the financial management, to how it all came together with my delivery coordinator! Not happy. Had the car in for a repair. Quoted a certain price and picked up the car and it cost an additional $200 and then said that the mechanic heard a noise and that it would me another $1600. That noise was not there when we dropped the car off. This is why I have a hard time trusting dealerships.

I went in and purchased a truck. As I was there the manager apparently “screwed up the numbers” when I was about to buy the truck and they had to raise price by $50 biweekly. I ended up agreeing to the deal. I provided deposit and gave all my information to the finance manager. The next morning I get a call from Ossie (my sales rep) to tell me they made a mistake again on the numbers! After the deal was closed and asked for even more money! They did this so I would cancel deal as they had someone else willing to pay more!! Big scammers!!

Dan Moore is amazing. I recommend him to everyone. He is a straight shooter and will get you into whatever vehicle you are looking for. He is always available to answer my many questions over the past cpl years. If you have questions or want to buy a new vehicle, ask for Dan Moore.

Don't stop here for Service, just drive on by .... In May, I made my very first visit to the Service Department at this dealership as I'd recently moved to the Kawarthas. From start to finish, between booking the appointment and attending the service location, 3 issues arose. But it didn't stop there because I phoned the Service Advisor to confirm something I subsequently saw in the paperwork and within that conversation, 2 more issues arose and were unsatisfactorily resolved. Think it stopped then? It didn't, I received an auto-generated text thanking me for choosing them for my service needs and if for any reason I could not rate them 10/10, to reach out to the Service Manager. I did, I left a voice mail for him on May 26th and I'm still waiting for that call back. So on June 1st, I wrote the Owner of the dealership and outlined in detail, all the problems I'd encountered that day and then I left for vacation, presuming there would be a response from him by the time I returned 2 weeks later. Sadly, nothing. So if the Owner doesn't care how his Customers feel, then why would the Service Manager or the Service Advisor? In my letter, I had said I'd wait to Google rate until after I'd heard back from him, that was poorly worded on my part, because it didn't even cross my mind that he' wouldn't have the courtesy to write back, but here we are, 3 weeks later. I will state that none of the errors they made were serious, yet that's not the point. My experience there was not good, and they don't care. Due to one of their errors, I ended up saving quite a bit of money when I decided to have the service performed elsewhere. So in summary of this place, they have a poor attitude, poor communication, pay no attention to details, and show no respect to a Customer who doesn't have a very good experience with them and yet takes the time to tell them about it. As my first line says, just drive on by .... there are lots more GM dealerships within medium driving distance of Lindsay, I suggest you'd be better served using one of them.

The lady of the staff is not experienced enough to be unfriendly, but the manager John is very friendly and has enough experience to make the guests very comfortable.
