Greatly disappointing, I bought a 2017 Civic. In doing so, I bought the extended warranty through Tricare. This is suppose to cover the body and rust. I brought up an issue where rust is bubbling on the body of the car. I’m informed that there needs to be a complete hole right through to submit a claim. This makes zero sense, as I could simply push a hole through as it’s rusting from the inside out.

Shady Business

Guy Robineau intentionally lied on my contract. He used the wrong vehicle as the trade in. It was no mistake because this business and Vince Palladino are ok with their unprofessional business ways! Cody acted like they business bouncer all puffed out in the chest like a bird in mating season. Fish guts were stashed in the Journey they deny I owned. All this after being forced to drive a Death trap they sold me and gave me the run around about! They have taken things I said and used them out of context in lawyers letter to make me look bad but in reality they made me mentally ill. They knew I had a mental illness that was being affected by riding in the death trap I was terrified of. I had am anxiety attack getting in that piece if junk. I have all the paperwork, ownership and the lawyers letter stating the contract has the wrong vehicle. Dec 2021 until now and still fighting this crooked bunch on monkeys!

I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic in Brantford and it was delivered with paint defects. There are paint bubbles throughout the driver and passenger side door wells. A month later I moved to Sudbury where Palladino Honda promised to address the concerns and have the issue rectified through Honda’s paint warranty. It’s been about a year and a half they now and they will not communicate with me on the issue . Every time I email Katie claims to forward it to the service manager who to this date has never followed up. I always do my services at dealerships but I can no longer use any Palladino because I know they couldn’t care less about their customers. I hope someone sees this and realizes that contrary to their slogan Palladino Honda are two names you can’t trust.

Absolutely terrible service at the service desk (Jayda) is absolutely rude and not helpful in anyway. She let me know that the mechanic "THOUGHT" that I needed to replacement a part because my heat isn't working which in the end didn't need to be replaced. With the freezing temperatures we had never once was I offered a rental. Have to drive around with 2 kids freezing in the vehicle. Been trying to contact the service desk either. They are screening my calls and don't want to call me back. Ended up calling the front desk got through without any issue. And she was able to help me with information I needed. Stacy

Took the delivery of a 2023 civic sport from pallandino last april . motti lal (salesmen) literally made me feel like getting a car is that easy. I was given a fare trade in value on my old car and a good pricing on the new one. Am happy that i went for palladino and motti for my new car would definitly recommend anyone to motti especially for the way how he handles his customers..
