Such an amazing experience!! My boyfriend and I went in looking for a fuel efficient car in mind and walked out with the hybrid elantra! THE STAFF- we personally dealt with Kas and Jake when buying the car, and honestly we couldn't have asked for any better! These guys knew their stuff , were so friendly and I can say we shared a laugh with both of them. Kas was so informative, so friendly, and excited about selling us a new car. Jake was very upbeat, fast and reassuring even when dealing with the finance side of things! (He also didn't mind dumbing things down a little bit for me so I fully understood what was being signed) Kas and Jake also ended up staying late to accommodate my busy schedule and to get us into our car as soon as possible which was very appreciated! The other staff also made us feel welcome as soon as we walked into the door! THE BUSINESS- so clean and tidy, we were taken on a tour and the entire building was spotless and welcoming! HYUNDAI- warranty cannot be beat!! the car has so much space, and is so up to date in the newest gadgets and technology! EXPERIENCE- From when we first walked in we felt welcome and wasnt treated like they wanted to take our money but get the best car for us, which was so great! Thank you so much everyone at Hyundai , you make this experience a good one , I love my new car!! β€ *I also should add Kas has also followed up with us since taking the car home, once via text and once through a kind video link, as well as Jake and Kas both offered us to call anytime if they had questions!*

Walking into a dealership was something I had been dreading as I knew very little about what I was looking for or needed. I had originally gone in to look at a used SUV and was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. I was introduced to Alan (the absolute best) and he immediately got to work to find out info about the car I inquired about. After checking out what was available and my payment options we decided to take a look at some of the new 2021 Tucson's available on the lot. The General Manager Moe was awesome to help us navigate what was available within my budget as this was my first new vehicle and I wanted to make sure I stayed within my budget. We discussed what was available and I am so happy to have left with a 2021 Tucson! I am so appreciative of their time and patience in making sure I knew what was available to me without making me feel rushed or pressured. Luke in the finance dept was so professional and really helped me feel at ease with my decision. Very professional team who cares a lot about their customers. Upon returning to pick up my new vehicle and to drop off for undercoating, I was greeted by name and a big smile from Alan. He gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the rest of the team and walked me through all the features in my new car and truly made me feel so appreciated. I absolutely cannot recommend this team enough. They made my first experience buying a new vehicle so easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be a loyal customer!

I was absolutely shocked by the customer experience or lack thereof. This is my first time writing a negative review and, judging by the mostly positive feedback, I truly hope that this is a one-off. Initially, when choosing a new car, we were aware that our chances for financing are slim due to the lack of credit history, but the communication that we received was beyond disrespectful and irresponsible from both sales and finance teams. It is ok if you are busy, haven't received or didn't have time to look into info; it's not ok if you promise to call back tomorrow/today/right away multiple times (5+) and fail to do so, making your customer call and beg for crumbs of information. It's ok if the application wasn't approved, it's not ok to find out that it was discarded almost a week ago, and no one thought of informing you. What I 'experienced' with Hyundai is that if it looks unlikely that you'll be purchasing the car - you will be put on the back burner or disregarded completely. I sure will build my credit history in no time, I'm not so sure this dealership will be on my radar.
