I was blown away by the service at Palladino Mazda for the work completed on my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. They've always went above & beyond to provide outstanding service to my vehicle , they put the Customer first and my vehicle runs like new after each visit. Tyler & Taylor have truly shown they care about making sure the customer is satisfied with their vehicle and work done. Cant recommend enough,

Original salesperson didn't know or outright lied about vehicle features just to get the sale(too common these days). Car was good until the rear brakes started to go. I replaced them 2 times in 100,000kms and then found out about a known issue with the rear electronic parking brake calipers. The dealer and mazda canada refuse to acknowledge the problem and have blamed it on "rusty brake pins". see TSB #04-005/17. I have filed complaints with the BBB and now would like to warn everyone about their poor practices. I've owned mazda vehicles for 20 years and this experience has turned me off mazda forever. Don't buy. Also, the quality of their vehicles just isn't there anymore.
