Salesman and finance manager was thorough and always helpful and will to listen. Still did get a slight sales environment feeling but better than most other places I’ve tried to deal with well done! Regards

Was sold a lemon 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee which the engine died after only 5 months and 4000 km. Was told that that the repair would cost another $18k and that there was nothing they could do.

Hi Mike, I am sorry to hear about your engine. Our service manager has reached out to you to see how we can help. Unfortunately higher mileage vehicles are not eligible for extended warranties when purchased, but it passed the safety inspection prior to purchase as you know.
