Saleslady very polite and knowledgable about the vehicle in quesition.. Answer all the quesitions that were asked? Was not pushy in making the sale.

Went here to look at a used vehicle they had for sale. The car was very nice and the staff were very friendly. However, the manager is a crook. He handcuffs his employees ability to sell. He is way too firm on his prices, which can be understandable. However, he valued my vehicle far below market value for a trade-in (based on valuations from other dealers) by trying to make up phantom issues which he said he was unsure of but would not be able to offer proper value for my vehicle based on them. Nonetheless, I thanked his staff for their courtesy and showed myself the door. It's sad when great people who work on commission are managed by a crook who lowers their chances for success.

I have complete satisfaction buying the car from Brantford Honda. Danielle is a great person, was calm and friendly throughout the process. Danielle is very quick to learn what her customer is looking for, then she matches those needs/wants to a vehicle on her lot. In my experience with buying my CRV, the vehicle I purchased was the first car she put me in. I did drive one other car but went right back to the first one she suggested for me. Danielle knows her products and is excellent at finding out what her customer is looking for.
