Bought a 2013 Honda CRV and a 2013 Honda Accord Sport Also another family member bought a 2017 Honda Accord EXL So with the 2013 Accord apparently Honda lowered the price thinking the car had went through their shop already (their process of taking a used car and making sure all safety needs are met and whatever else they do) I guess this usually costs them a couple thousand (so they say)... still their mistake not mine. However when the deal was made new tires were to be put on the car, this did not happen and eventually they gave me west lake tires that they loaded into the back of the CRV. We ended up returning these as west lakes are not a very safe tire to have on your car... I expected a cheap set but not the worst set of tires they could possibly find. Also I still need a rear accord headrest I think they put in a civic headrest. 2013 Honda CRV did not start the day after we brought it home so Brantford Honda towed it to their lot and replaced the battery... car wouldn't start a few weeks later... found out Brantford Honda put the wrong size battery in the CRV. I asked em what they could do for the 2 days missed wages for my wife.. not an unreasonable request I dont think. they have done nothing to address this. 2017 Honda Accord was bought when their was a commercial about a set of free new snow tires with the purchase of a used or new car. Apparently because of the deal that was made with this car that was no longer applicable... funny the commercial never said anything about that. I've let this sit for awhile now still with no resolution. So hey I love the Honda products and ill prolly get another set of Hondas. But as of right now it wont be from Brantford Honda. Sad way to lose 3 good customers Some things you can do if this place gives you a hard time - Contact Honda Canada - Contact Ontario's Vehicle Sales Regulator (OMVIC) - File a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Also see a copy and pasted email below if you ever wonder why most car dealerships have a low number of negative reviews... Email if from Laura Purkiss the owners daughter of Brantford Honda (Hi Ashley, We have re-ordered your head rest as we had it ready for you in November unfortunately it is a special order part and won’t be in until Feb 22nd. Your tires are ready for tomorrow afternoon, however I require your husband to remove his derogatory comments online. Govern yourself accordingly and I have no issue gifting new tires.)

Went for a service without an appointment. The advisor in the service dept. Adam was very helpful and professional. Couldn't be more happy and appreciate the business and customer support

My visit was back in Nov. 17th,2016. I had Trevor Rogowski and he gave great customer service. He is very much a people person and I would go back based on his service.

I haven't had my car serviced here in a while. I decided to give it another try. Everything was completed that I requested. I was told about a promotion for roadside service for a year. I was also advised I would save 10% on some of the things I had completed. I did not receive these things. I am a little disappointed.

Excellent and prompt service, very helpful as this was a replacement vehicle after an accident with my previous vehicle. I would return for my next car.

Customer service frontline in service department is doing excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Good coffee,free wifi and excellent shuttle service with very friendly driver! The problem i found few times is quality of work performed on vehicle. Mechanics seem under motivated, at least the ones I spoke to!! Limited knowledge about my vehicle issue. It took them several appointments for simple fix! They will find a way to get out of warranty related work! Do your homework on the issue before taking your vehicle to this location! Or simply get a second opinion from another place before getting it fix.
