Customer service frontline in service department is doing excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Good coffee,free wifi and excellent shuttle service with very friendly driver! The problem i found few times is quality of work performed on vehicle. Mechanics seem under motivated, at least the ones I spoke to!! Limited knowledge about my vehicle issue. It took them several appointments for simple fix! They will find a way to get out of warranty related work! Do your homework on the issue before taking your vehicle to this location! Or simply get a second opinion from another place before getting it fix.

I recently had the interior of my car detailed at Brantford Honda. The initial people I dealt with were friendly and professional. I cannot say the same for those who did the detailing. When doing the windows, they neglected to wash the top edges leaving it dirty. There was some loose change in the driver's door which was removed and there was still garbage left in the trunk area. When I booked the detailing I was told one price without taxes. When I went to pay there was an added "environmental fee" added that I was not planning on. To their credit Adam did adjust the bill to reflect what I was expecting to pay. I don't like surprises.

My Ridegline was in for a recall. It was booked the next day, was done exactly when you said it would be, and everyone was helpful and friendly, All in all a good experience, and the coffee is OK, too!

Love the car wish I had bought it at a different Honda dealer. Paid cash and they didn't have it ready on time. Was missing everything extra we paid for. No communication in this place. Had to take the van back 3 times to get everything we paid for. Brantford honda also delayed the pickup by 48 hours and it still wasn't right. I'll never buy another car from brantford Honda. I'll make the drive to another dealer.

Be prepared to fight for what you paid for. Had to go back 3 times after getting my van just to get what I paid for. Was missing tire sensors on winter tires, remote start, undercoating and paint protection. I could have detailed the car better with my eyes closed!

It's quite disappointing that you(Mike) never actually apologized for any of the inconvenience that was cause by yourself and your dealership. Other then admitting that things weren't done and you didn't know why. I brought my car in 3 times to have it fixed and you couldn't even come out yourself and apologize for the inconvenience. You never did answer my question of the clear coat protection on the paint despite me asking several times. You couldn't even take 5 minutes to come other and meet face to face to discuss and apologize . Everything has to be done over emails or phone.
