Poor business practices, unethical, and an all around headache to deal with. Would not recommend.

These guys are amazing. Hass has gone above all others getting me the vehicle I wanted. Took a while and lot of work but would happily recommend him to everyone. If in market for vehicle go see him you wont be disappointed.

I would leave half a star if I could, maybe its better to go into the dealership than do any kind of online/ phone inquires . The customer service was horrible , I was trying to help my parents navigate through this process in finding a vehicle. Not only did I have to call them something like 14 times during the 4 day process ...I could never get a straight answer...a couple times when I asked what the problem was with my parents ( who own properties and their rental incomes was never asked) the sales man Sam or Joe I popped between both apparently stated " What can I say , the people with the gold make the choices " ummm ok ??? An absolute waste of time , the following day I went to a dealership in Hamilton n tgey approved my parents on the spot , and took all the correct info ...I suppose my advice is , if you have any type of special financial circumstances ( my parents own n rent 3 properties) do not go to these guys .....
