HONESTY..INTEGRITY..RESPECT..... EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE....are the words that come to mind and best describe my recent experience with the Associate's at SMP. Thank you Tyler Ovens and Logan (Financing) for the exceptional customer service provided to me today. No pushy salesman here ...No pressure...No gimmicks on pricing...Went for a tour of the business, everyone's friendly and engaged.I even recieved a free gift from Prize Mountain!!!! I would like to express my gratitude for going the extra mile and ensuring that everthing was right with my new Hyundai Tucson. So needless to say SMP, no need for big expensive advertising, your reputation speaks for itself. First class bar none! I will definetely be back for my next purchase! Dealing with SMP was very good, I was given a loaner vehicle to use while they were detailing my 2019 Nissan Murano, which I absolutely love. Their is an administration fee associated with each sale and I wasn’t made aware of that until I was with finance finalizing the payment. In spite of that, I will still recommend SMP Thank you

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, we had an excellent salesperson who ensured the whole deal went down without issues and did her best to work with us. Overall, smooth, fast transaction. Dealership was a little crowded and could use more space, especially in times like these but overall I recommend checking out their inventory and not being hesitant to buy from there if they have what you’re looking for. Thank you.

Gee, were do I start. Went in just to look and Dan sold me another truck. Great guy to deal with. Kelly went through things with me and understood that I know nothing about computer skills lol.
