I have to admit I was a bit leary of having to take my car in for a repair after just purchasing it from Roadsport used cars. My experience with the used car group was less than ideal. I was disappointed in the service level and the overall condition of my vehicle could have been better. I had a completely different experience with the service department. The technician took the time to diagnose a tricky issue (Fluttering brake noise sound). They machined the brake rotor and given I just purchased the vehicle I wasn't charged for the repair. I appreciated the work done and was pleasantly surprised so thanks guys for the efforts. Tony

From the very minute we stepped into the dealership we were treated with respect. Charles was the only salesman from 4 car companies that responded to our emails. He spent hours going over the details - and after we purchased, he showed us everything in the car and how to work everything. He didn't ignore us after purchasing - he is still able to get back to us promptly with any questions we have. All the employees at Roadsport we friendly and cared. We were treated very well for the first oil change as well. Prompy and efficient! We will buy our next vehicle from Roadsport I can assure you! The sale price was very reasonable too!
