I've brought 4 vehicles in my life and honestly i have never felt so good walking out of a dealership as i did yesterday after purchasing my Dodge Ram 1500. Thanks to Kyle Zellweger and the management team for truly giving me the best deal they could.There is no way any other dealership in the city could have done what South Trail Chrysler did for me. Thanks a million you guys just gained a lifetime customer :)

I did rate 5 stars but had to change it. I went to get an oil change this morning right when they opened. The guy told me one hour to an hour and a half which was fine no problem. After 2 hours I ask how much longer it will be because I had an appointment and the guy tells me it hasn't even gone in. No communication at all and then he lies to me and tells me he told me it would be 2 hours which is not true and even if that was the case its been 2 hours and it still hasn't been touched. If I knew I'd be sitting here for 3+ hours I would have been picked up! Totally Unacceptable. I have purchased 2 vehicles from South Trail and was going to buy a third but I'll take my business elsewhere!

Excellent! If you want to get a great service and deal with friendly staff just go to South Trail Chrysler. Mohammad Kettana and Brad the sales manager and the rest of the team are awesome

we love everything about South Trail. We dealt with Shane for our recent purchase and he was so helpful. He seemed to know about every feature of our new Jeep and was not pushy at all. He even told us about an upcoming sale so we could get the best bang for our buck. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from south trail and we will keep coming back for sure.
