From the time I arrived until the time I departed the dealership I was treated with respect. Also I was kept well informed of what point of the service they were at and told it would be done soon. I plan on going back for all my services as long as my experiences keep going that good.

During an oil change it was discovered I needed a new right front ball joint.

I stopped in at the Dealership because I needed an oil change and thought on the off chance I could get in without an appointment. Luckily, they got me in & I returned the next day to have the ball joint replaced. As always, I was greeted by the staff in a warm and friendly manner. Offered coffee in the lounge or a ride to shopping mall. Advised time frame & called me when vehicle ready. Discussed some other issues that didnt need immediate attention. The Acadia had been thru the car wash & was ready and waiting. Thanked me for my business.

Sometimes in the past I have felt uncomfortable driving into the service bays at a dealership. Not so at Lindsay Pontiac Buick. I always have a very comfortable experience in your service department. Everyone is very friendly and courteous.

What a great Sales person!

Anyone who knows me knows I hate car dealerships, with the "car guy, sales man vs unwitting customer who's afraid of being ripped off" stigma but I have to say I am changed woman! Buying a new car is always a stressful time for me. I was referred by a mutual friend and customer of Sam's. Dealing with Sam Thornbury was and still is , pleasant experience overall. He was knowledgeable about the car I mentioned, was NOT at all pushy like some sales people can and have been. My husband and I took the car out for a test drive while our trade in was being assessed Sam was able to handle my "cautiousness" with confidence and even got me into the car and colour that I wanted , not what he was pushed to sell. We ended up signing a deal then and there with a VERY fair trade in on our Equinox ! His friendly personality and willingness to go above and beyond made this purchase quite easy for me. I look forward to future dealings with Sam Thornbury and please know that I will and have been referring everyone that I know to Sam and this Dealership.

Was I really at a Dealership?

Hard to believe , but anyone who knows me knows that I Really don't like taking my car into a dealership for anything...After today, Im a changed woman! lol Yes I took my car in for an oil change and I was blown away! the car was ready really fast , the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. After today, I think I will be going back when the need should arise!

The car was to be ready at 2:00 and as I had been dropped off, I had to sit and wait until after 4:00. It wasn't all their fault as they ran into problems and I can understand that but perhaps they could have offered a "loaner" so I could have went shopping or come back the next day. One of the problems they fixed has re-surfaced so I'll have to come back.
