Tire Rotation to Winter tires

The tire work was done very quickly and Peter Mathieson in the service department made it happen to fit my busy schedule. Always a pleasure to do business with Wheatons and to talk with Peter.

Vehicle was in for winter service and change of tires from all season to winter tires. During the inspection process it was discovered that the block heater and the cord leading to it were not working. The back door on the driver's side occasionally would not unlock and a part was ordered to rectify the situation..

The salesman, Chris, was excellent; very informative and eager to help (five stars) There was however grease all over my rims after mounting the new winter tires. I also expected my summer tires to be marked for proper rotation and bagged for storage over the winter. Is that normal?
