I've been to Wheaton Chev a number of times - for parts, service and repairs. Although I didn't like the vehicles they had to offer when I was looking at purchasing in 2016, their customer service was still top notch. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They're patient with all my questions, and have never left me wondering about anything! They've went above and beyond for me during a difficult time and have really given me piece of mind while dealing with my car issues. A HUGE thank you to Braden & Tonya in the Collision Center, it's people like you that keep me coming back.

Called Wheaton and asked for a quote on service needed for vehicle. Was quoted a price but was not informed after asking twice for a price that there is an extra charge for disposing of the product that was removed from my vehicle. This was the first service I had paid for on my vehicle as my first two oil changes were free of charge. But, I feel when you are quoting a customer a price of a service, all the charges should be disclosed -the service -the parts-the labour-the taxes and the cost of disposing of the product that was removed from your vehicle.

Jean, I'm sorry there was confusion regarding your invoice. It's policy to advertise and quote our oil changes as starting at $59.95+tax&fees. We've had a discussion with our staff to make sure they're remembering the fees part, because we understand it can be frustrating to see something you don't expect. The $2.00 environmental fee for used oil disposal is part of that. Please accept our apologies, and we hope we'll see you again!

I can't praise this place enough! Archie Stettner from sales and Devin Wilson from finance were absolutely amazing! We went there to trade in our truck and were offerered $2,000 more than any other garage were willing to give, not only that, we got an amazing deal on our new car, getting our payments even lower than we thought possible! These guys went above and beyond for us and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
