I recently bought a car from here with Tyler as my salesman and I couldn't have had a better experience. Any question I had he would get an answer to very quickly and also would make sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. I went to many dealerships and spoke to many people and can comfortably say that he was top!

Had a great experience with the Collision team. Hit a large animal that did $5k in damage to my SUV. I called weekly for updates whoch they always provided. Got my vehicle back to me right when my Insurance rental allowance ended. They detailed the interior and it's driving great now. Highly recommend. Thanks for all your hard work.

Nurse is lucky to have the service advisors they do. Jackie and Marlinda have been absolutely great. And the job they do clearly comes from the too down because Mitch the service manager has gone above and beyond for me in regards to my truck and gm. They are genuinely nice, helpful courteous and above all, patient! I'm not the easiest guy to deal with, but they maintain their professionalism in the presence of an upset customer. They are great and deserve a raise. Are.you listening gm?

Stay away. This shop is a scam. They over charge like crazy and their mechanics are super incompetent. Called to get a quote on getting 2 key fobs reprogrammed to car. 20 minute job max. They try to say it’s going to be 1hour of service. That’s fine I get it. Pay the entire hour. Oh but wait. It’s an hour service call X2. If it takes 2 hours to reprogram a key fob (not even a key itself) maybe your mechanics need to go back to high school.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealer. I've had horror stories at other dealers in the GTA, and haven't had the best of luck with my new cars, but I continue to place Nurse Cadillac at the top of my good list. I see Cameron in service for my '22 CT5 and he has never let me astray, gives honest advice, and the service the entire department delivers is top notch. I'll definitely be buying my next Cadillac from here, and will continue to service my vehicles here for years to come. Josh Hartley

Had a winter tire swap on the rims . It took 3 hours, was charged almost $300. The job wasn't done right. Tires are out of balance and.shaking after 60km.. Had no issues before the tire swap.. being told there is a charge to come back and have them balanced correctly is unacceptable. This is not the type of care a Cadillac owner should deal with. After getting the tires balanced correctly this is how much the tires were out of balance. LF 6oz. RF 3.5oz LR 2oz RR 2oz Photo included . Shameful.. if we can't rely on a proper tire change and balance how can we rely on Nurse for major mechanical work. Absolutely no accountability for poor service .
